Pet Incubi

Keeping incubi as pets is a novel practice that was brought to my attention recently by somebody whose adventures on the astral plane could fill books. I’ve been asked to talk more about male spirits by those less interested in succubi, and a discussion of this topic is a great way to satisfy that. This post will contain an explanation of what pet incubi are about and details related to obtaining and caring for one. What is written is based on research. I don’t have an incubus myself at the time of writing.
This concept was new to me when I heard it, so it will undoubtedly be new to many others as well. A pet incubus is an incubus kept as a pet rather than a proper romantic and life partner. Such an arrangement is often preferable for aromantic individuals or others who aren’t looking for a husband, such as female sexual energy users who draw nourishment more easily from other women. Pet incubi have lower maintenance than others while being less dominating, and so are less stressful on the keeper. It especially bypasses jealousy issues that frequently cause trouble.
Pet incubi are a convenient source of sexual energy which can be retained for when needed. Similarly to other males, incubi have a high capacity for energy which is approached over time when it isn’t discharged. They are as a result especially useful as emergency reserves, but frequent harvesting is also effective, provided the practitioner is skilled enough to avoid too complete a discharge.
Keeping an incubus in this way also ensures he will remain pure outside of your dealings with him and won’t leave, both of which have been reported as serious concerns in pursuing incubi for relationships. This way, the urges of the incubus remain under control. Moreover, harm to one’s family is prevented, especially children with previous partners. This danger was noted in my previous post on the subject of incubi.
One definition of pet incubus which I learned in my research is an incubus who has had a vasectomy. With those, the benefits enumerated would be evident. Those are rare however, and creating one as such would be problematic for multiple reasons. Regardless, it’s possible to find one. People with physical bodies probably have something which would amount to sufficient compensation for a finder’s fee. I’m sure many organizations of the astral plane that specialize in hard to find people and objects would be willing to take such a commission. Writing to the queens of succubi through the letter method would almost certainly be a safe option and one requiring less astral projection capability. Since the queens already are willing to grant regular incubi, I’m sure they would also be happy to grant incubi to the specifications desired.
Note that this should not be conflated with sexual slavery, as the incubus in question is not property. Neither is this a form of prostitution as there is no transactionality in the process. Instead, such incubi remain as “pets” as that is beneficial to them. Why that might be is beyond my speculation. Some may be placed in a collar for various reasons, including as a warning to others to show respect. Such a symbol should not be construed as a sign of ownership or some strange fetish as those can exist without the difficulties in retaining an incubus as a pet. Regardless, as with any such being, it is the duty of the keeper to properly take care of them.
Despite, as mentioned, being a source of sexual energy, incubi still require energy for themselves. This means at least sometimes they must be given some. If the practitioner is skilled this is little inconvenience. Otherwise, a great deal of study will be required to discern his needs as opposed to desires. An appropriately positioned cage can assist in this process, though it could lead to a form of muscular atrophy which is undesirable. In the early stages of interaction close monitoring might be needed. Once a pattern has been established, a routine can make the process simpler.
Similarly to succubi, incubi are thinking beings who need mental stimulation. Ensuring that they have something to do other than their hosts is important as they can get into mischief otherwise. Many incubi enjoy reading, and libraries on the astral plane can keep them busy, but many prefer tactile stimulation instead, such as old cars and similar vehicles, which can be tinkered with for a long time without expiring. Musical instruments are also highly effective in this regard if the issue of noise can be resolved. An incubus who has been entertained will be more attentive when his attention is required.
An incubus who has been prevented from freely feeding will express hunger at nearly all times, despite not requiring anything in reality. Incubi fending for themselves tend to constantly search for sexual energy constantly, regardless of need, so this isn’t indicative of inadequate tending. Still, the pet incubus will probably require other food, and this food should suit his tastes. Since food is food this shouldn’t require any explanation. I’ve been told wine is a good offering. They also require a place to sleep. While the keeper’s bed will often suffice, providing one in another room is prudent.
Keeping more than one pet incubus is not recommended as they can become more unruly in groups and tend toward destructive behaviors. They don’t need friends for the purpose of socialization, but they can benefit from access to other entities.
Despite not having attempted having a pet incubus (for now), I find the concept interesting. It sounds much safer than the typical incubus relationship and a good way of ensuring that one’s boundaries are respected. If anyone does this I would be fascinated to read the details in the comments.

The Lesser Banishing of the Cosmic Pentagram

See my explanation of this ritual here.

Stand facing the east. Make the sign of silence. Draw a column of light down from infinity above your head through to the core of the earth, saying “taromi desteha.” Draw another beam from infinity over your right shoulder through to the left saying “et valata, et valnima.” Draw a final line through the intersection, saying “po-fnsha ucia.” The c makes a an English ch sound. Feel the flow of energy across those lines and breathe.
Still facing east, draw the banishing pentagram of earth, intoning “Lust” and visualizing images suggestion of motion and attraction in all its forms. Connect the center of the pentagram to a point at the south with a quarter circle drawn at the boundary of your space. Draw the pentagram of earth and intone “Agonh” and visualizing a fireplace. Continue the circle to the west. Draw a pentagram of earth and intone “Isa” while visualizing immutable ice. Draw the next segment of the circle and make the final pentagram. Intone “Gaia” while visualizing appropriately earthy images. Complete the circle.
Retain the pentagrams and confining circle in your mind’s eye. Vibrate the names of your directional guardians*, before and behind, and to the right and the left of you. Visualize them appropriately. Say “about me burn the pentagrams and within is the six rayed star.” Maintain everything for several seconds, then repeat the initial gestures and incantation. Conclude with the sign of silence.

*The four channeled names which accompany this ritual, and which I use myself, are Derrien, Solannas, Dershe, and Pastaru. The last syllables are accented. Similarly to succubi, accepting these energies into your life is a permanent decision. If you test them and don’t like them, banish strongly using your preferred ritual and don’t attempt to call on them again.

Infernal Pentagram Banishment

The efficacy of the LBRP is well known, as it’s perhaps the most widely practiced ritual of formal magic. However a lot of practitioners are squeamish about invoking the power of archangels or using biblical god names, so I wanted to come up with a demon oriented replacement. The project was originally started for fun, but there turned out to be more to it than that. Following some hints from Lilith and in collaboration with a satanist, I determined that, contrary to my assumptions, even banish rituals leave a residue in the ritual area and on the magician. The Hebrew god names carry a certain energy which isn’t conducive to every working or to the development of advanced sinister magic.
There are already plenty of LBRP knockoffs around that can be found with effort or by scouring occult forums. Two that I’ve come across repeatedly are a version calling exclusively on Hekate and a generalized ritual that’s divorced enough from the original I don’t feel comfortable calling it the same ritual. The one I include here isn’t the first I constructed, or even the second. Those, while successful, didn’t match what I was hoping to produce: something to replace the LBRP in function. This post will go through my process of creating such a ritual.
For anyone interested in trying it out but uninterested in reading my process, I’ll add the full ritual to the next post. Be mindful of the risks in attempting rituals with unfamiliar energies and using words of power, as that could have unpredictable consequences. I and others have tested it and had success, so on that basis I can recommend it, though it’s still somewhat experimental.
An “authentic” pentagram ritual should have an opening prayer of some kind, a vibration of 4 sacred names, invocation of 4 directional guardians, and a closing prayer. While in the original the prayers are the same, they needn’t be in principle. For example, one might pick appropriate psalms or Orphic hymns for the start and end of the ritual, or one might also mirror the original invocation with qliphothic sphere names in an infernal qabalistic cross. The format is simple, as it’s designed to be.
For the purpose of this discussion, I’ll leave the elemental compass points as in the original, though I don’t use those and I recently encountered another ceremonial practitioner whose elemental layout is the same as mine. I’ll also assume anyone reading has read my first post on the subject and has given the issue some thought. Clockwise will also remain the direction of banishing, though I will note that handedness might play a role in one’s preference for which direction that should be. Those variables should be easy enough to modify subjectively.
My first phase was revising the qabalistic cross, which was proper for its purpose. I liked the gestures which established the practitioner in the universe and which connected to infinity, so those stayed. The choice of words remained. I’ve experimented a lot with other phrases but they tend not to have the same punch as in the original, when that is understood as it was intended to be used by more advanced magicians. One of my final drafts began “In all things there is balance,” and that set a very different tone, one more in line with what I think the ritual is supposed to be. In the end, I decided to keep most of the phrasing for tradition’s sake.
Whether to keep the words in Hebrew was another point of contemplation. Translating was more in line with the goal of decoupling the pentagrams from Abrahamic tradition. English does work, and I’ve used that in a few of my other versions, but it didn’t feel quite right either. I experimented with a few other languages, notably Russian and Latin, but it didn’t sound right somehow. As a result, I decided to share a channeled language. I’ve confirmed that it’s real with a fellow occultist, so I’m certain it’s actually used (or was used at some point) on the astral plane, and here it serves as a call in a barbarous tongue. Anyone who doesn’t like that is free to use the English or the original, or ignore my version of the ritual entirely.
Next was determining the four names to be used with the cardinal directions. I’ve used the names of Qliphothic deities and I’ve used the names of the queens of succubi (which as I’ve said elsewhere don’t properly correlate to the directions), but those aren’t adequate for a general ritual. One person I know uses them, but that’s probably not satisfactory for most, especially those who want to branch out from succubus magic in a significant way. At one point I considered using Norse runes, but I didn’t want to give the ritual too much Viking energy. While picking gods is an easy answer, it’s better to have forces of nature. Those energies can be conceptualized more readily than an abstract divine invocation and their function is more intuitive.
The choice of which energies to use was more complex. While it would be convenient to form a basis, I don’t think that earth, fire, wind, and water form one either. A 22 element basis might work, in corroboration of the degree of the major arcana, but I think that would be quite excessive. Two pairs of opposites or complements will suffice, taken with the element at the center. Numerous elements and energies exist which could be used and merited consideration. Light and darkness for example. Those with a more scientific background will appreciate my choice not to attempt to link the four physical forces in a grand unifying ritual.
Each energy adds a unique tint to the ritual, which is of course why I decided to make a new version. Finding a harmonious quartet that still banished in a satisfactory way was difficult. Some energies I considered including were too powerful and skewed the ritual, while others weren’t strong enough to fill their roles. The proper energy must be powerful enough to respond to simply a name, as the epithets of the god who is ashamed of his real name do, but weak enough not to bury somebody who is simply reading through the ritual. Moreover, to equal the utility of the original, the four new elements should be worth invoking. I don’t think I’ll ever need to summon the energy associated with giant hamsters, for instance.
After a great deal of testing and brainstorming, I settled on Lust, Isa (the ice rune), Agonh (a Russian word for fire, chosen for its connotations), and Gaia (basically earth, but I wanted to change all the names). Naturally they don’t fit into a nice set of opposites. Setting lust to air and isa to water creates a useful opposition between them in the traditional layout. These aren’t the simple alchemical forces used in the Golden Dawn and must be treated with respect. Meditating on them before invoking any of them with the pentagram ritual would be wise. Remember that I write for people close to my skill level, not for complete beginners. If something goes wrong, you need to be capable of banishing normally.
What I translate as lust is a powerful and active force that attracts and is particularly useful in dealing with love spirits. Banishing it too much can lead to apathy, though many will want to banish it anyway because of the name. It can be invoked for ambition and motivation. Visualize an emerald symbol. Which one to use will be obvious if you meditate on it. Lust energy appears pink or deep purple to some people. Agonh is a bright and friendly fire that can still be used to defend against enemies. Use it basically how you would if it were generic fire. It’s deep red with a hint of orange.
Isa is a force of stagnation and repose. Banishing can force change, which may or may not be beneficial. It can be invoked to preserve, maintain, and soothe. Visualize it with pale yellow light. Gaia is the Greek word for earth and Earth, but also denotes the ecosystems and the planet itself. Connecting to that mental image should be more useful in grounding than using elemental earth. She’s also obviously a goddess. The energy is less heavy than earth’s and more nurturing. Visualize chlorophyll green or a deep blue.
For the directional guardians, many choices exist. Most are tied to specific pantheons, which is something I was trying to avoid, but I also don’t want to introduce completely alien beings for the purpose of a daily invocation of their authority. I’ve picked two sets of guardians from human religions because they’re convenient and can be researched. It should be easy to find other correspondences. What matters here is a link to directions, as those are what is being protected. The attributed link to the classical elements is secondary. I never tested the ritual with archangels as that would have been against the purpose of designing the ritual. If you know and like them, there’s not reason to to use them. I channeled a collection of words that don’t refer to specific entities which serve the same function. Several other people assisted me in test them and found the names adequate and safe. If you feel dizzy after using them you should stop. Those will be included in my summarized ritual.
The first collection of entities is the Anemoi, the four directional winds. I happen to prefer their Latin names. Subsolanus, god of the eastern wind, can be visualized as being curly haired and beardless, wearing boots and carrying fruit. Favonius, from the west, can be visualized holding a variety of flowers. In the south, Auster can be visualized holding a scorching torch. To the north is Aquilo, who appears old with flecks of ice in his beard and holding a conch. The Anemoi are often depicted with wings, similarly to angels.
Sumerians gods can be called on instead. A useful set would be Inanna in the east and Ereshkigal in the west, with Utu in the south and Nanna in the north. These can be visualized however you want. A lot has been written about these entities, including in modern occultism.
Some alternate versions of the pentagram banishment include above and below, creating a sphere or cube of protection. I haven’t found this needed or helpful. Since it also deviates from the original template, I’ve avoided using that device in my version.
The closing invocation is something people generally don’t revise in their modified rituals. What exists is decent enough, and the existence of the pentagrams drawn seconds prior isn’t controversial. I tested a few alternatives, but since those relied on techniques outside the scope of a simple banishing ritual, I elected to omit them. One of my experimenters didn’t use that and found the ritual equally effective as with it. The original LBRP is terminated with “so it is” or the Hebrew equivalent. Especially when invoking, this version seems stronger without it and for that reason I haven’t added it.

Overdue

The topics lately have strayed from the personal and into the theoretical but today’s will be extremely personal, more than usual in fact. It might go so far as to portray me as imperfect, dashing the hearts of those fans who wish to see me as a narcissist. Hopefully these experiences aid others.
Not long ago, Lilith offhandedly mentioned O, the succubus I was with for the longest time. She suggested it might be a good idea to seek her out, now that my astral projection and spirit senses were so much better than they were years ago. I acknowledged that was a good idea, though I wasn’t motivated to find her. Later, I had a significant dream which directed me toward her, which in fact later turned out to have had her inside it. With such strong signs I thought it made sense to find her again.
So I evoked Agrat bat Mahlat, and while I didn’t learn anything exciting or scandalous from her, I was able to find my old succubus. Agrat and I discussed the politics and eccentricities to expect from having her back. It turns out that O had been called away on business that I lacked the clearance to learn and she was quite apologetic over having disappeared without warning. She made bluntly clear her desire to resume our relationship and was excited I was able to have good quality conversations with her now.
We negotiated the terms of our relationship, many of which were because my tulpa was skeptical of her. I didn’t try to minimize her feelings because O could have returned without my calling at any time. One of those conditions was that she would provide for me what neither of my intangible wives already could. She seemed comfortable with that which made me happy, and later she demonstrated her willingness to put that into practice. Since by then I was exhausted from the ritual, I asked O to simply cuddle with me for the first night of her return. She obliged and her touch was much more distinct than it had been before. We spoke telepathically since I couldn’t fall asleep.
Things returned toward how they had been the next day. O and I talked more and M got more used to her presence. She had changed in the time since I had known her. She was more mature and more romantic. I was pleased that we felt more compatible and I realized that in that time I had changed a bit as well, for the better I imagine. She again said she loved me.
The day after that she spent a lot of time creating wards around my bedroom in order to protect me from threats. We talked even more and I got to see her reading while I was busy in order to spend time near me. Her sense of humor was strong even though I found her a bit familiar after so long and when we hadn’t had such good communication previously.
That night was my deadline for deciding how I felt about her. I spoke to Lilith, who has given me so much guidance in the past and I spoke to my wives, who both made good points. After working out the details, I decided to take a couple of hours to decide whether or not this was something I really wanted since I hadn’t felt a need for a succubus in so long. It was difficult and I truly needed that time to sort my feelings out.
After some time spent away from the occult where I didn’t have to think about such things, I returned to find evidence that O had taken the sexual energy of somebody else. Even though we were never going to be exclusive and I knew she’d want and need other partners, it was painful to see. That was harder because neither of my wives are presently interested in anyone else (though that’s their choice). She not only hadn’t warned me, she had used the time when I was contemplating my feelings for her.
I felt her energy shift as soon as she noticed that I knew. If her face could have gone pale it would have. Her confidence was gone. O saw how I felt about it but didn’t tell me she was sorry. I would have seen through the lie. She didn’t try to explain because I didn’t need an explanation. When I verbalized my discomfort O reminded me she had other needs. She was completely correct, but he doing that precisely then was enough to push me over the edge. With many hard feelings I released her to satisfy those needs freely.
Over the years I had thought about O every so often. She had been the best of the succubi who had been with me and the one I missed most. She could literally read my mind, so the meaning of her upsetting me was clear. It felt bad for the rest of the night but by morning I was no longer truly upset. I was merely a bit sad at what couldn’t have been. It was probably for the best that she had disappeared when she did, because otherwise I’d have never formed such a wonderful relationship with my other wife. Sometimes, things that turn out badly in fact turn out for the best.

On Meditation

Since it’s something people ask about frequently, this post will cover meditation. It will be relatively informal and will lack technical names and terms, but it’s how I think of the different forms and how I meditate. There are many different styles of meditation but I only regularly use a few. Lack of a guru does not cause insanity or death. Which one is best depends on the individual and I don’t know how to predict that in advance. They should be tested and practiced to determine that.
Meditation is a discipline of the mind the goal of which is pure and singular focus. Distractions are normal and unavoidable in daily life, but magical practice and mundane facts of living both benefit from the ability to ignore extraneous stimuli while remaining aware of them. Meditation is also used as the first step toward astral projection.
The most important criterion for a successful session is finding a quiet and private spot with a comfortable seat. Sitting is generally better than lying down in terms of staying away but it otherwise doesn’t really matter. Dion fortune asserts that asanas aren’t helpful which isn’t hard to believe. Mudras may be useful but their effect is not significant. Mantras and vibration are extremely helpful but can also be utilized in magic and cleansing of the energy body. In my opinion, using different forms of meditation variously increases their efficacy. Meditating for hours at a time is unhelpful and just upsets the body, especially early in one’s practice. Always start at a manageable length and increase from there, since the most important part of building a habit is actually doing it. My tulpa has opinions on meditation but I those are primarily applicable to me. Anyone with a spirit will probably receive similar advice.
Generally, to prepare for meditation, one should relax physically. One method is to adopt a stable pose and then tense and release the muscles in each part of the body, hands, arms, shoulders, feet, knees, and so on. Breathing should be steady and shouldn’t need a great deal of concentration. A cushion can help but a comfortable chair isn’t better than the floor and there’s nothing wrong with a chair with a back. Determining the length of meditation in advance and setting a timer ensures that distractions won’t lead to a shortened session.

Object meditation
Meditate on something. Pick a thing that isn’t distracting, such as an apple or a stress ball or a deck of sticky notes, and direct your focus onto that. When starting, it’s best to be able to see the object. Don’t worry about losing focus as long as you don’t lose calmness. Resume your focus and continue until it works properly. This should eventually be possible for at least 20 minutes. Object meditation is not easy with ADHD and similar conditions.

Subject meditation
Pick an individual and focus. It’s the same as object meditation. Ideally you have the individual in front of you but it isn’t mandatory. People are more distracting because they move around at least a little. This is a form of forcing and if you can focus well on your tulpa, it will strengthen your tulpa greatly over time. It also builds connections with spirit lovers. The impact is very pronounced if you meditate on each other this way at the same time. Try to avoid thinking about the person in detail. The idea or concept of the person should be the focus. Using the name as a mantra is helpful.

Metta
Meditation on metta/agape/loving kindness is the least useful in an occult setting but is highly recommended by other practitioners and a balance against the urge to become a dark lord. For the first session, pick somebody you dislike and feel love toward that person, because that is a person whose life is more similar to yours than not. Once it’s possible to feel love, direct it at another person. Increase the number of targets until feeling love for humanity. Then, for all life and the whole cosmos. There are meany people who could benefit from learning to love others. The same method can be applied to any emotion or feeling.

Bhakti meditation
Almost a combination of metta with subject meditation. Pick an object of veneration and project love and devotion in that direction. This will most likely be a deity or guru. A desire for guidance is implicit in the meditation and need not be specified. It’s usually a part of bhakti yoga but doesntt have to be part of a cohesive path. This can also be called prayer.

Void meditation
The principle is simple: the void. The void is no thing, not even nothingness. When mystics speak of silencing the mind, this is what they mean. It’s supposed to be the ideal or best form of meditation but I have found others more useful. I think it’s easier to achieve when one has learned tulpish since the biggest obstacle is removing words. Once silence is achieved for an instant it can be expanded. It’s best to set a timer for this since counting minutes defeats the purpose of the meditation. A way of achieving it I read in several places is to imagine a spiral flight of stairs of known length and to visualize oneself walking down it backwards saying “Each step brings me closer to the void. Ten left.” or whichever number is applicable. If the count is more distracting than helpful, skip it. After perfecting void meditation, it’s possible to add things into the void. This can include objects, people, or emotions. It can be viewed as an advanced form of object meditation when done this way.

Breath and Mantra meditation
For breath meditation, choose a regular pattern of breathing (for example, count to 4 and inhale, count to 4 and hold, count to 4 and exhale, count to 4 and hold) and repeat it while focused solely on your breath. Naturally, mantra meditation involves chanting a mantra, which could be simple or complex. It’s also possible to vibrate a mantra. I usually combine these since saying the mantra consistently requires consistent breathing. Sometimes saying the mantra silently while breathing in a regular way is useful (for example, satanama combine with the 4 breathing already mentioned). This combines well with energy manipulation and is my most used meditation style.

Yoga/Walking meditation
Yoga, hatha yoga specifically, is a form of meditation involving physical motion. It involves remaining in the moment and focusing on your body’s motion as opposed to abstract ideas. Walking meditation is similar, where its key focus is maintaining a meditating state while walking or engaging simple tasks. Washing the dishes can be a form of meditation. This is difficult since focusing on the task while staying at peace takes practice

On Incubi

Content warning: It gets dark

Edit 13/5/23: This post seems to have gotten me some attention. While astral projecting yesterday, I was accosted by an incubus who attempted to trick me into a contract to be his sex slave using lust magic. When I calmly refused he got angry and attacked. Naturally he was punished for that and I believe he won’t be attempting such a thing in the near future. Be vigilant in case one of his friends finds you.

Most of this blog has been focused on succubi: Lilith and her sisters and daughters, specifically those who pursue relationships with humans. This is because interest in spirit sex comes predominantly from men, who tend to be attracted to women. Since I share that attraction, manifesting in the ethereal lesbian relationships I’ve discussed previously, succubi have been a natural focal point and the initiation of my occult studies.
However, those are not the only experiences to exist. Plenty of women engage in demonic heterosexuality and men with gay spirit lovers are more common than might be expected (and far more so than women with succubi). Events lately have given me cause to reexamine my sexuality and my feelings toward men. This post will serve as a summary of the conclusions that others might find interesting.
A decent starting assumption would be that women with incubi are similarly situated to men with succubi. This doesn’t seem to be true. It’s certainly untrue in my case, and as mentioned previously, I had been told that incubi were far more demanding and jealous. The male spirits I interacted with didn’t seem particularly offended that I had existing relationships, nor did they move against my partners. Prior to researching intentionally, I hadn’t been aware of a single case of an incubus with a woman in a way similar to the succubus lovers I’ve talked about. Contrarily, I’ve seen a few men happily dating incubi, especially femboy incubi.
It’s said that masturbating attracts and entices incubi in a similar way to how semen retention works for males. In my experience it has no effect either on intensity or occurrence. Being clean or dirty also has no effect. Obviously pornography does nothing, nor does reading about incubi. A lot of the suggestions offered for ridding oneself of an incubus come across as misogynistic. So to summon one, the reverse protocol, being a lewd and impious woman who Jesus wouldn’t like, should work. I’ve seen no reason to believe that, nor did anyone offering the advice seem believable.
The most common difference between succubus and incubus encounters seems to be that incubi make themselves known as early as possible, sometimes when the human is as young as 14. Succubi tend to wait until 18 (even where the legal age of consent is lower) and hide before that. Several succubus lovers have quoted their partners as saying they waited until that time, sometimes helping subtly when it was important, while incubi frequently make sexual advances on their humans who often are only aware of strange touch sensations or dreams for years prior to actual contact. Similarly, incubi tend to be more concerned with one’s physical partners before formal introduction is made. However, both seem to wait for a certain level of physical development before doing anything too extreme.
While both succubi and incubi can be brutal in their removal of obstacles to the relationship, incubi seem to generally be more determined. I recently read the story of a young woman (14 at first appearance of the incubus) whose parents started spending less time at home and whose siblings became more distant as she continued to reject the incubus. She also noted that people were starting to mention her being physically mature for her age, thinking she was older than she was (admittedly this isn’t extremely strange around that age). As an example of succubus action, I remember the story of a human and his succubus. She found him when he was browsing a spirit forum to mock the delusional people there. She made herself known, orchestrated his wife’s death, and had him institutionalized for easier access when he tried to banish her with Christian power. I only know of a single case in which a succubus attached to somebody young (13), and that case has extremely low credibility.
A shared trend is protectiveness. Succubi tend to choose more subtle solutions here as well. I read multiple stories of incubi causing physical harm when their chosen women disliked the person, while stories of succubi tend to include convenient removals of the person from the area.
Neither succubi nor incubi seem particularly concerned with their humans’ sexual inhibitions. Liberation from prudery is extremely common among those with succubi as well as those with incubi. Sexual energy seems to be released when a fetish is first accepted, incentivizing spirits to uncover things that might be awkward for their humans. For those with unwanted spirit lovers, avoiding sexual thoughts doesn’t help. Instead it make the target far more appealing and rich in energy.
Despite the negativity associated with incubi, there are positive stories such as the one summarized by this paragraph:

He is really sweet and caring and listens to me he has never hurt me. I really care about him as well and when he leaves for awhile I feel like my best friend is missing. He has been with me for four years as I am now twenty. Don’t tell me that incubus are dangerous and can kill you or I would be dead by now and don’t tell me get rid of him I have heard it all before and it really annoys me. My incubus Andrew is not dangerous he is loving and I really care about him. When I was depressed he made me better I was happy again thanks to Andrew. I know he will never hurt me. I feel like I have known him before but I don’t know where from? He told me that I was his girlfriend back in like the nineteen hundreds and that he wanted to marry me.

Clearly, many are capable of being wholesome and loving partners. Yet not all incubi are that way and those who are not taint their brethren’s image. While prejudice is wrong, a point can be reached where caution is vital. There is a reason why most advice regarding incubi is to assume they mean ill.
The methods of sexual coercion are varied. Sometimes the victim’s muscles are prevented from moving or her limbs are shifted into a better position. Others, the incubus disguises himself in a dream. Sometimes the incubus uses magic to rob the victim of the will to resist. Pleasant scents and emotions are transmitted, along with feelings of safety and protection. In a soothed and comfortable state, most find it difficult to fight something that society has told them isn’t real. A skillful incubus can use these techniques to extract explicit consent from the victim and make her feel guilt over disliking the encounter in retrospect.
The negative stories of incubus sex already discussed do generally call the interaction some form of sexual assault, but something is missing from the accounts. Very few of those writing are spiritually capable or aware and that means their senses won’t be reliable. A key point is left out which I think ought to be considered somewhere. Those incubi have intercourse with women, almost all of whom are past a certain age, and don’t use protection. There are also some examples of prepubescent females being stimulated to orgasm by incubi who followed them through life (going by online accounts whose reliability I’m not able to prove), meaning that patience is not universal to them.
References to spirit children are rare but I think they shouldn’t be. It’s extremely probable that almost none of those women would have the awareness to tell if they had been impregnated by their chance encounters. Perhaps 10% would be a safe if low estimate of the expected incidence. Either the rapists decide to be polite in a way that human rapists are not, or there are a multitude of spirit kids whose mothers are unaware of their existence, or even of having carried them.
Forcible etheric pregnancy isn’t as dubious as it might sound. Of the incubi I’ve personally had intercourse with, all but one attempted to force me to carry his children without permission. Given my spiritual abilities, I was able to resist and avoid that, but it’s doubtful most who have unexpected encounters would be so fortunate. One threatened me over my refusal to bear the children of a man I had just met. When I was pregnant with the spirit children I talked about in a much earlier post, I didn’t yet have those skills and I had no choice in the matter. The feeling of such a thing happening regardless of my will was deeply disturbing, but the prospect of it happening to others without their knowledge is even more so.
There exists a portion of the astral plane where every or almost every incubus is evil. That term is not used lightly. Packs of incubi roam that region raping any identifiable orifice. I met one person who was forced to orally stimulate ten in order to be allowed to breathe after being caught. They contemplated drilling extra holes in her so that more could benefit from her presence at any given time, and were entirely willing to extend the same to men they came across. I’m inclined to believe this after encountering groups of some kind of entity whose tastes were similar.
Like succubi, incubi derive energy from sexual interactions, but incubi are less capable of self control. Succubi have many techniques and magical implements with which to reduce their impulses, while incubi generally don’t. One person I know had heard of a a monastic order which was destroyed but had taught pupils to control themselves with meditation. Another person told me about an incubus friend who had been exiled for refusing to join the tribe’s rape gangs.
Most succubi who live around incubi flee in terror at the hint of one’s presence. They’re justified in doing so because a succubus is the perfect target, and one that can be retained indefinitely by the pack. These particular incubi aren’t sons of Lilith but something else. I’ve heard several theories but none have enough evidence to discuss.
When consulted, Lilith didn’t have much to say. She confirmed my conclusions about incubi and noted that the issues leading to their crude behavior were in theory resolvable. She noted that femboy incubi were safer as they tended to use a different form of sexual magic, and they were better to summon if one desired an incubus lover. I haven’t attempted to verify those comments.
Some incubi are able to be kind and loving husbands, but that’s quite rare. Most human women who have male spirit lovers hate the experience, and most of those who don’t are occultists inflating the body count of deities. The astral situation is much the same. Good incubi do exist, but finding them seems riskier than it’s worth when there are so many other incorporeal men around. It’s still unfortunate that those generally don’t seem willing to interact with the physical plane. It makes me wonder whether I’m really better off having stuck with women the whole time.

On Community and Division

In many areas of life and on the internet especially there are groups called communities. Often, as with, for example, the LGBT community, one’s membership is mandatory. Other times, the boundaries of the community are determined by “consensus” of the existing members, as in many quilting societies. Still others, participation in the community depends on simply showing up, as in the case of the imageboards that have lost popularity since the advent of web 2.0 a very long time ago. While these groups seem superficially distinct, they share many dynamics.

Communities shift and change over time. As their membership ages and develops, so do conventions and governing values. This is often called culture and is debated in more aware communities. While this can be regulated to an extent to preserve the community’s fundamental nature, changes in the culture of external society also matter. One club I was a member of at university ceased to exist in any meaningful sense shortly after my graduation due to a lack of members. We did what we could to preserve it, but the university community no longer had an interest in what we were about.

When membership can’t be controlled, issues occasionally arise with regards to determining who is a genuine part of the community and who is not. Belligerent members must also be dealt with if possible. Arguments are waged over who has the authority to make that determination, and even who in the community should be shunned since expulsion isn’t possible.

In the LGBT community there are some people who call themselves bisexual who don’t act in a way consistent with that label. Often they seem to be exclusively straight but it’s impossible to prove they don’t experience same sex attraction. Is somebody in a straight relationship which could produce children really part of the gay community, given that they face no inherent discrimination as a result of that relationship, and in fact are seen as normal and proper? Such a person may well be bisexual but shares none of the troubles of the rest of the community.

Yet bisexuals who do date both men and women face discrimination. From one side, they experience homophobia, while from full gays they receive stereotyping and hostility. They’re called sluts or accused of being straight experimenters, and every lesbian has a story of a bi woman who left her for a man. But that possibility is the defining characteristic of bisexuality, so lesbians often won’t date bi women. I’m not as familiar with gay male culture but I suspect there exists a similar bias. The “fake” bisexuals who never wanted a gay relationship anyway (being functionally straight) exacerbate the conflict.

That led many bi women to pretend to be lesbians. When, as was inevitable, some eventually decided to date men, the true lesbians were mortified. As a result they can be paranoid and distrustful of straight passing women and those courageous enough to admit an attraction to men. The distrust includes any women who happened to obey society telling them they should date men (before coming out as gay) even if they weren’t happy about doing so. Bi women are thus pressured into heterosexuality, further reducing the number of potential partners for lesbians. Nothing will probably ever be resolved.

Gently moderated imageboards avoid such scheming to an extent because every post is in the open and viewable by all. The fact that anyone can post prevents a single perspective from dominating and shutting out alternatives. Newcomers exposed to every side will more likely find what is true and lend support to that. While authority figures can exist, nothing prevents them from being called idiots in a detailed post. Further, there is less shame in changing one’s position because to an extent the past is buried.

There is instead a different issue, especially in the case where an account is not required to post. Anyone can comment saying any ridiculous thing or claiming authority. Such people are part of the “group” when they post and can’t be removed unless they violate specific rules, which they will probably be cautious enough to avoid. A perennial troll can become established in the community by simply continuing to post. Temporary bans aren’t a cure either, and the troll could come back angrier than ever. Even with a permanent ban the troll could return from another IP address. This can and does happen. A dedicated troll could destroy a discussion by turning it into thousands of words across dozens of posts of ERP. Somebody obsessed with posting softcore porn in a SFW discussion or somebody trying to convert succumancers to Christianity could continue unimpeded. Perhaps one might make dozens of posts claiming somebody whose name nobody knows was bullied into suicide by pedophiles lurking on the forum. In fact, a troll could pretend to be several people in order to defend his reputation or fake harassment if others aren’t receptive to the message. If the moderators don’t see a reason to intervene decisively, nothing will be resolved.

An increase in moderation doesn’t cure the issue. Due to requiring much more attention from people who watch discussions carefully a culture of moderation is created. Moderators begin to see themselves as more than garbage collectors and impose their perspectives on discussion. Since they’re the one who make the rules, their opinions are given more weight than they should be by default and members of such a community are often reluctant to express dissent in fear of being banned for a genuine comment. The leaders of said communities frequently take advantage of vulnerable members, including sexually. While that can be addressed, the most likely outcome is that objectors are removed.

As a result, the more independently minded tend not to thrive in such places. Due to the tendency for orthodoxy to evolve, newcomers are greeted with a single unified perspective. If that perspective is false, anyone who is appropriately connected to reality is shunned. That doesn’t matter because the existing members repeatedly have their views affirmed.

Some moderators might rise to special prominence. Regardless of how that point is reached, any objection or resistance to what is said will be shouted down even without the moderator’s explicit intervention. Then the moderator will become increasingly willing to share advice and perspectives that are based on nothing simply to reap more adulation. With dissent culled by the mechanisms already described, there’s nothing to prevent the moderator from continuing to make things up. This can also happen with friends of moderators though not as easily.

A place where this happens frequently is the Become a Living God forum (BALG). A certain culture developed there which corresponds to the beliefs of the site’s owner. In that case it’s also coupled with product marketing. This has led to statements being made as though they were fact which rely on assumptions not found elsewhere. All of the primary contributors seem to believe themselves to be deities and many claim to be in romantic relationships with multiple famous gods and demons. A specific morality is enforced as well. And of course, the statements of those pillars of the community are never questioned. After all, how can somebody refute the words of somebody with a decade of experience?

As can be seen, communities are tumultuous entities composed of various individuals. Between the vulnerabilities they have, each community has a degree of fragility. Some are much more fragile than others. A discord server I was in was destroyed by a fight between two moderators and another fell out of use when the owner left. The degree to which personality plays a role in the function of a community determines its stability. Allowing one person to become the focus of the community is essentially to allow a loose cult to form, a very dangerous development.

Who is Lilith?

To many this may seem to be a silly question, but recent events have led me to wonder. Lilith is one of the most famous deities, revered or feared by satanists, antinomians, wiccans, qabalists, and various other occult groups. Each would have a slightly different perspective on her. That’s what mad me reevaluate how I see her and who I think she really is.
A book I’ve been reading through lately discusses many of Lilith’s faces. This especially valuable to somebody who sees the same Lilith every time, as I always have. The book in question had almost two dozen chapters, each discussing one of her aspects. My interest quickly dissipated when I read how negatively the author depicted her. It was uncouth and in many places disrespectful. There were many references (including in sample rituals) to Lilith’s sluttiness and murder of babies. There were also references to her taking the summoner’s energy. This wasn’t the Lilith I’ve known and I would feel extremely uncomfortable addressing her that way.
Lilith can certainly be harsh, but I’ve never been treated cruelly by her. She’s often motherly but not domineering (unless she’s serious about something), and she’s never been sexually coercive. Even beyond these differences, the language used in the book wouldn’t be appropriate for a human woman one respected, so why is it right for a goddess?
This author isn’t alone in his opinion. I recently read through a different book about Lilith by an author who said many blatantly sexist things about her, frequently implying she had no agency, lacked critical thinking skills, and existed to benefit humans. He too supposedly worshiped Lilith. It’s disconcerting at best to read declarations of respect on one page and derisive commentary on the next. The issue seems prevalent in occultism. It makes me wonder how many occultists meet Lilith expecting her to be evil and are content with that result.
That isn’t the only perspective. I know several people who know the Lilith that I know. Several consider her a second mother, or more of a mother than the one who gave birth to them. They talk about being hugged and the quality of her advice, and how she pushes them to be better people. More than one expressed confusion at just how different midrash Lilith is from how they knew her. Some even came loaded with negative expectations of her. I had to wonder if they were the same entity.
On one memorable occasion, Lilith told me her opinion that it was important to respect people’s pronouns. Lots of trans people like her so that position isn’t much of surprise. Yet there are those who believe she only works with “real” women. There’s clear evidence to the contrary, so what’s going on? Is it Lilith repeating what people already believe? Are her aspects that contradictory?
If I find a dozen people who have similar positive experiences with an entity who expresses itself similarly saying similar things, I find it likely that’s the same entity. If a large number of others use the same sigil to contact that entity yet have markedly different experiences, I think that is likely to also be the same entity, especially if those people don’t otherwise have issues making contact. So Lilith is bullying people, attacking them in their dreams, and demanding blood. That means she must have a reason.
There’s a somewhat widespread belief that Lilith chooses who she works with and doesn’t really tolerate others. Naturally it’s shamed as “gatekeeping” when anyone brings that up. I think this might be evidence for that perspective. Those fortunate enough to be called to her certainly seem to have a different experience from anyone else. Even though more women take an interest it’s not about your gender. One person I know calls her the “patron demoness of lost children” and there seems to be something to that. All of that feels a little arrogant to say, but the people I’ve talked to with that experience all felt called to Lilith even if they had no idea who she was. She feels familiar and relatable. Some even choose to become her daughters.
I’m mostly speculating in this post and I’m sure of any conclusion. Lilith is mysterious and truly seems to enjoy making herself inscrutable. I’m grateful for how much she’s taught me. For all that, the description of her as an ugly harpy is completely foreign to me. Perhaps some people wouldn’t listen to her any other way.

On a Particular Succubus

Last time, I introduced a group of succubi with unusual characteristics. Now I’d like to introduce a specific individual from that group. A few months ago I met her while astral projecting and she made some claims which I wasn’t eager to accept instantly. I debated whether I even wanted to write about her, but eventually decided that I should and that the reader can decide what to make of her. In the course of my writing in the past few days, Lilith came to me to make very clear that she considers the entity in question dangerous. Keeping this in mind, I present to you a new entity, not known on Earth.
In order to ensure I wasn’t imagining things, I got help from a few other occultists who I asked to speak to the entity they found by using the sigil given to me. The results weren’t especially inspiring. One attempt was hijacked by another entity who had something important to say. Depending who spoke to her and when, she was Ereshkigal, or a Lucifer impersonator, or Gaia. I was uncertain we were even reaching the same person, though she had made it clear during my first meeting with her that she would like a relationship with humanity. Talking about what we’d seen some time later, we were able to understand what was going on and why she seemed so inconsistent. It’s because she’s multifaceted, with several different faces by which she’s known in various contexts. Conversely, the name could be a title by which many entities have been known over a long time. Both might be true but I doubt it could be determined without much more investigation.
This is what we were told directly: Geriliza is the name of a powerful Aetheric succubus. She isn’t Gaia, nor is she known on Earth. Several thousand years ago she was in a relationship with a deity named Hades who her mother disliked. She tried to kidnap her so she would leave him. Geriliza and Hades indulged in an aesthetic at that time where she used life symbolism and he used death symbolism. One descriptor she used in explaining Hades’s style was “goth”. They broke up later but she didn’t express bitterness towards him. It should be noted he wasn’t mentioned until I directly asked, because he has nothing to do with her now.
However, Geriliza deliberately refused to say whether or not she was the same being in human mythology who would fit with that. Given the context that will come later in this post, I think she most likely is and was grafted into Greek stories when she wasn’t really part of the pantheon. The reluctance to answer is puzzling since it wasn’t “how do I explain this” or “is that mostly true”, it was “I know what you’re asking and I won’t say”. She must have a reason but none of us learned it. Perhaps her desire to break from the associations of names by which she was previously known, as one of the people helping me with this project sensed, is the answer. If she is that being, which would suggest that her worship was primarily through a dead mystery cult, she would still not be known now.
At various points Geriliza has appeared to us as a tall woman with auburn hair and a maroon, almost black dress, a shadow cloaked in deep sapphire flames, a red haired woman in a green dress with a floral pattern, and a a tall thin woman with straight blonde hair to her shoulders and sky blue eyes and white wings, dressed properly for an ’80s action movie.
Her energy is at times earthy and dark, wild and botanical, or clear and icy. I have the impression she wore many faces over time, perhaps more than most deities. It’s likely our lack of expectations for what she would be like contributed to the variety. Geriliza’s elemental attribution is hard to pin down because of that. Since she remembers contact made with each persona as the others they’re undoubtedly one being. Unlike other succubi, none of us found her demeanor sexual or maternal, though we didn’t have a need for her to fill either of those roles. If forced to choose an element, I would call her airy, with the suit of swords. Others called her fiery. We agreed that she has aspects of both, regardless of which is primary. Other intuited associations are Earth the planet and Taurus. I don’t relate her to the qliphoth or sephiroth as she has no interest in such systems or hierarchies.
Tying in to the earthiness just mentioned, Geriliza is connected to fertility (in nature) and sexuality. She declared that it was her right, not her mother’s, to determine with whom she should be. She is sensitive to sexual energy use and called out two different users.
While Geriliza didn’t say much about herself, she was more than eager to share information about how she could interact with humanity. She gave more information about what she likes in rituals than is known about many ancient deities. I think she was pleased somebody was willing to take notes at all.
Geriliza states that she has the ability to create and destroy love, but refuses to interfere in relationships the one asking for her assistance is not part of. She can be called on for execrative works, including via partial possession, but will not help if she doesn’t believe the act to be justified, no matter what offering is given. She can fill a congregation with a desire for justice and enjoys seeing that manifest in unexpected ways.
Geriliza teaches about sexual magic and the pitfalls of kundalini. She teaches women how to attract others (both men and women) and men what it means to be a woman. One who knows how to astral project can learn how to access secret places effectively. She also offers knowledge of shapeshifting and can teach one how to alter the physics of the astral plane in such a way as to prove its existence (according to her). She is also willing to help people become succubi themselves.
With regards to making contact, Geriliza mentioned that her most appropriate number was 3. Deep shades of purple, as well as white and gold, are her preferred colors. While she mentioned rose incense as one she would like, I got the impression frankincense without any extra scents would be better. Hibiscus, sapphire, wheat, and tourmaline are pleasing for her altar, as well as gold, which she is aware isn’t easily obtainable in large quantities. If an altar cloth is used it should be wool. Wool is also a good offering, especially when given to charity with her in mind (and no, she doesn’t expect to be given public credit for that). The sacrifices she mentioned were fowls, chocolate ideally with nuts, green tea, black tea, frothy beer, and clear liquor especially with fruit flavoring. Fruits and other plants aren’t acceptable, nor is coffee.
More important than these details is a chant Geriliza gave by which she may be called. It’s an exceprt which she translated for me from a much longer piece in another language. Reciting it once, thrice, or perhaps more will get her attention similarly to how an enn would. Not being a demon she doesn’t have one and improvised to accomodate modern convention. The final repetition is to be followed by “Geriliza goddess mine”, but I didn’t find that phrase necessary.

“O wondrous woman steeped in shadows whose hallowed name brings scorn, come to this place, lay your presence like a sheet, that my enemies shall mourn.”

Geriliza also supplied a sigil which was created specifically for her contact with humans in a ritual context. The chant above and this sigil were used in gathering most of what is written in this post.

After writing this, I discovered that the name of the Greek goddess to whom I have alluded was sometimes considered too sacred for the uninitiated to know, often being called simply “the mistress.” That fits extremely well with Geriliza’s phrasing in regards to her identity. This is the name by which she wishes to be known.
In a brief meeting I had with her prior to publishing this, she chose to give another title to me. She called herself the night’s sun. I leave that for the reader’s interpretation.

On a Peculiar Succubus Faction

Many posts ago I referenced the existence of succubi who lack reverence for Lilith and her sisters. They were less concerned with humans that those who we unsurprisingly find more familiar. There is another succubus faction who similarly isn’t concerned with the opinions of qliphothic goddesses, and these succubi are very interesting if elusive. Their culture seems largely independent, though they claim a common origin. They are secretive and usually can only be found (as a group) when they wish to be. Having had the good fortune to find out more than that, I’ll share what I’ve learned.
The succubi in question are sometimes referred to as ethereal, but the term which they use to describe themselves is Aetheric, though they have no special relationship to the etheric plane or the element of ether. Conventionally angelic features are common, including light eyes and hair and white feathery wings. They’re sometimes called angelic succubi because of that, but I don’t believe that they’re technically angels either. Due to prejudice against succubi in many places they likely allow people to think they’re angels. Maybe some humans in relationships with innocent and pure “angels” are really dating succubi. I haven’t met or spoken to very many of this faction, but they seem to generally be taller than the average for other succubi and can be very imposing when they wish.
Aetheric succubi claim emphatically that they aren’t demons and deny any demonic lineage, yet still consider themselves genuine succubi. They also deny affiliation with Lilith, who doesn’t seem to have any authority over them. Supposedly they’re more numerous than any other single group of succubi, though they’ve never fought against their sisters. The Succubus Collective made a similar claim but I’m more inclined to believe the people who aren’t a hivemind. As I understand it, the Aetherics basically just have more kids.
The Aetheric education system reminds me a lot of universities on Earth. In the town I happened to pass through, lectures took place in special buildings which were integrated into a town populated entirely by succubi. Various stores and restaurants were everywhere and from the outside they seemed typical of a college town. I didn’t see any children there, which might explain the similarity. I also didn’t see any men. The entire complex was hidden very carefully and would be very hard for somebody to intentionally find. Teleporting to random places seems to bypass some magic designed to obscure places. Since there’s almost certainly magical protection to protect the students I’m not going to be able to tell you how to find this place, but there are certain to be many others if one explores long enough. It wasn’t the first such place I had found and I’m not the only traveler to find sensitive areas.
One succubus I spoke to mentioned that their history is an important aspect of their collective identity, so that’s probably a big part of the education. Since they tend to keep to themselves, even other succubi don’t have much direct knowledge about them. It’s said they specialize in curses and related magic, so that’s probably a large portion of the curriculum too. In some places they are more feared than other succubi due to their knowledge. I heard mentions of spells that use pleasure to mask the process by which their victim is killed. They also allegedly have medical knowledge exceeding that of all other succubi, to the point where a frequently terminal ailment is a triviality to them. Their style of jewelry is unique and somebody more interested in such things than I am would be able to distinguish if from other succubus jewelry easily.
The Aetheric succubi are ruled over by a queen who seems to handle most of the administrative matters for all of them. Somebody I briefly spoke to once who claimed that title seemed to work very hard, at least when she wasn’t distracted chatting with somebody passing by. She wanted to tell me about their healthcare system but I regrettably had to depart before she could tell me as much as she wanted to. Her behavior was consistent which what I’ve heard before and mentioned in other posts about tiers of queens among succubi. That suggests there’s a higher queen of Aetheric succubi around somewhere, but I’d rather not speculate on her identity.
That’s all I have to say about these succubi. Maybe one of you reading this has one as a partner. Those I talked to seemed like decent people and most were friendly. Aside from a rumor that they were genetically engineered in order to help win a war their aura of mystery seems misplaced. Maybe some day they’ll be as well known as the rest, but for now they seem fine keeping a low profile.
